Espada Business Hub strives to provide transparent and reliable services. Because accounting and advisory work involves significant time and resources, refunds are limited as outlined below.
Monthly subscription services may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice to info@espadabusinesshub.com.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Services already delivered during the billing period are non-refundable.
Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not provided for partial months after cancellation.
One-Time Services: Refunds may be granted if cancellation occurs before any work has begun. Once work has started, fees are non-refundable.
Errors by Espada Business Hub: If an error is directly attributable to our negligence, we will either correct the error at no additional cost or provide a fair refund at our discretion.
Refund requests outside the standard policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All such requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the original service delivery date.
